Hello, Sunshine

There is no better time of year than be outside enjoying the Florida sunshine. It was even more appreciated this week after spending all last week indoors being sick. Whether I'm just taking Harley out for a quick walk or simply checking the mail, I can't keep them from following me out and wanting to make an outdoor play date of everything we do. Front yard, back yard, lanai, pool-they just want to be outside!

He likes to think he's in charge. Taking Harley out is this huge process where he thinks he's latching her leash onto her collar, leading her outside, and then unlatching the leash when she is done. He can't do any it, but I make him think he can!

I turn around for a second and he's dragging the T-ball set out.

Even though it's still pretty chilly, we're up to a few pool days a week now!

We had a very fun and special play date for a classmate of Bridget's who is moving away soon. The good news is that she is moving to Louisville and we know we'll see her there on our next visit!

Bridget had been begging for a Lemonade Stand and it seemed like a fun enough idea to me. Today was our neighborhood garage sale, so I figured it'd be a good morning for it. It was a lot quieter out than I thought, but we still made a whopping $12! She was so talkative and courteous to our few customers and waved to every single car that drove by. Her outgoing personality is my favorite thing about her!

Spring Break and Easter in store for us this week. I foresee many more sunny days!
