we welcomed this sweet, sweet boy!
I love everything about him and everyday I find another reason why little boys are so great. He is loud and busy and messy and I wouldn't want it any other way. So, at 3 years old...
-Is completely potty trained, yay!!
-Dropped his nap, just like Bridget did at this age
-Favorite foods are hot dogs, ham and cheese sandwiches and any and all snack food.
-Obsessed with tools and fixing things. We had to hide Todd's real tools because all of the sudden I would find him with a real screwdriver and pliers under the bathroom sink!
-Labels everything we do by either being "guy stuff" or "not guy stuff". Going to Lowe's, eating hot dogs and standing up to pee..."Guy stuff". Taylor Swift, Barbies and Ballet..."not guy stuff".
-Has been escaping from his crib in the wee hours of the morning...time for a big boy bed!
-Still loves his lovies, maybe more now than ever.
-Tries to wear his basketball shorts everyday saying, "I just want be so comfy."
-Loves to watch Curious George, Handy Manny and Caillou.
-Pesters his big sister like all little brothers should. He knows how to push her buttons!
We celebrated his birthday for 3 straight days earlier this month. A school celebration, a big birthday party at the park and a family birthday dinner at home. Our gift to him was a big Power Wheels dune buggy with room for two. Him and Bridget both love it!
I normally have the kids birthday parties at the house, but was thinking the park might be a better (and easier) option this year. So many friends came to celebrate with us and it was such a perfect day.
I'm a sucker for all the little party details and fun things we certainly don't need, but it does all come together so nicely in the end!

There are so many to be missed now that his babyhood is behind him, but at the same time we are loving the little boy he is becoming and can't wait to see how he changes and grows this year. Happy Birthday and we love you, Rossy!
