Our Saturday night plans got altered a bit when Ross got a tummy ache that he just couldn't kick. Todd and Bridget are out having the fun we were all supposed to have, but a night in with a sleeping baby toddler on the couch, some red wine and a little Bravo TV is suiting me just fine. And besides, I haven't had the chance to blog in FOREVER!
Soccer is still going great and the kids are having so much fun. Ross's 3 year old team is still a hot mess, but that 's what makes it so fun! Bridget's skills are improving, but she is realizing that as all the kids get a little bigger and older, everyone is getting a lot better. She was used to scoring 3+ goals each game, but this year has been a little different. A great lesson for our little over achiever.
A girly girl birthday party for Bridget's BFF.
The girls had manis and pedis and their hair done!
I felt like Easter week snuck up on us and before I knew it were egg hunting, egg dying and eating ridiculous amount of candy. We had so much celebrating at home with each other and at school with friends.
And we are still working through all that candy!
The bunny either needs to get them bigger baskets or bring less stuff next year...
Ross loves gumballs, we learned on Easter Sunday! I don't know why, but watching him chew a piece (or 5) of gum makes him seem like such a big kid!
New earrings for Bridget! Yep, that's right...she got her ears pierced just a few weeks ago! She is still wearing her starter pair, but in just 3 weeks the earring fun begins. One more fun girly thing to add to our routine!
Her real prized possession was the tie-dye fringe bikini. I have a feeling she's going to wear this one out before the summer officially begins!
Happy Easter, Peeps!
